Sebasticook Valley Health (SVH) announces that Laurie Alexander from the SVH Community Health and Education department will be the featured speaker at the January 8th SVH Diabetes Support Group meeting (snow date January 15th). Laurie will provide information about goal setting and action planning.
The Diabetes Support Group of Sebasticook Valley Health meets the second Thursday of each month from 4-6 PM at SVH Administrative Building on 130 Leighton Street in Pittsfield. The public is welcome to attend.
