General surgeon Mohammad Niayesh, MD, FRCS, FACC, offers patients the following surgical procedures:

Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN)
Our obstetrics/gynecology team of Nayantara Bhatta, MD, and William Bradfield, MD, treat patients at SVH Specialty Physicians and offer:
• Well-woman physicals
• High and low-risk pregnancy services
• Surgical procedures (colposcopy, LEEP, endometrial biopsy, polypectomy, IUD insertion, Nexplanon insertion, intrauterine insemination for infertility, laparoscopy, hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, cysto-hydrodistension, sling surgery for urinary incontinence, laparoscopic hysterectomy, cystocele repair, rectocele repair, uterine prolapse surgery, Essure procedure for sterilization, and laparoscopic tubal ligation)
• Care for reproductive system disorders in females
• Incontinence
• Infertility
• Menses issues (amenorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, menorrhagia, etc.)
• Pre- and post-natal care (Dr. Bradfield also sees patients at Inland Hospital, where he delivers babies)

Pulmonary Medicine/Sleep Studies
Our pulmonary/sleep studies team of Thomas Rajan, MD, and Frank Breznyak, APRN, treat patients at SVH Specialty Physicians and offer:
• Treatment for heart disease (like high cholesterol levels or high blood pressure)
• Sleep disorder care (sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome)
Sleep studies are performed on Chandler Street in Pittsfield, and Dr. Rajan and Mr. Breznyak see patients in Detroit.
Urology
Our urologist, Krishna Bhatta, MD, FRCS, treats patients at SVH Specialty Physicians and offers care for:
• Urinary tract disorders (males and female)
• Reproductive system (male)

Directions to our Office on 72 North Road in Detroit:
From South (Waterville area):
1. On I-95, take SOMERSET AVE - Exit #150.
2. Turn RIGHT onto SOMERSET AVE and drive approximately one mile on that road until you reach
MAIN STREET.
3. At the intersection, turn LEFT onto MAIN STREET and continue on ME-ROUTE 100/ME-11 for another
half mile. (At the base of Grove Hill, Main Street continues to the left and Route 100 continues up the hill on the right.)
4. Continue RIGHT on Route 100 for 3.2 miles.
5. Our office is located on RIGHT before Somatex. (Look for our road sign in front of our one-story building
set back from road.)
From North (Bangor area):
1. On I-95, take NEWPORT/SKOWHEGAN Exit #157.
2. Turn left onto ME-100/ME-11 toward DETROIT.
3. Drive approximately 3.2 miles until you reach our office on the LEFT side of road, just past
Somatex. (Look for our road sign in front of our one-story building set back from road.)
From West (Skowhegan):
1. Drive NORTH on US-2/US-201 toward US-2 South/US-201 South/MADISON AVENUE.
2. Continue following US-2 North for approximately 17.3 miles.
3. Turn RIGHT onto ME-152.
4. Turn LEFT onto SEBASTICOOK STREET.
5. Turn left onto ME-100/ME-11/North Main St., and continue to follow ME-100/ME-11 for 3.2 miles.
