SVH HealthPass Kiosk

Your time is important, which is why SVH is the first hospital in Maine to introduce a more streamlined option for checking in for care: The SVH HealthPass Kiosk.

The SVH HealthPass Kiosk works with an SVH HealthPass card (which you can get by asking a member of SVH Central Registration to produce one when you come to the hospital for care). Just swipe your HealthPass card at the Kiosk, which is located in the hospital lobby, and you are checked in for lab or imaging services, surgical procedures, or for emergency care at SVH. After answering or verifying a few quick patient questions, SVH hospital staff immediately knows that you are in the lobby waiting for care.

You can be assured that your patient information is protected at all times. Although we encourage everyone to use the SVH HealthPass Kiosk, you can continue to register for services with a central registration representative.
