Sebasticook Valley Health is pleased to announce the formation of a Patient and Family Partnership Council for Quality and Safety (PFPCQS). Being a provider of health care in our community for generations, SVH greatly appreciates hearing from you – the patients and families who rely on us to provide safe, high quality health care. We are honored to serve and care for you and your loved ones. Your feedback helps us to do our best to meet patient and family healthcare needs at all times. We are confident that creating a shared vision will help to make our hospital and the communities we serve even stronger and healthier.

Our goal is to create a council that embodies partnership and open communication about what has worked well for you and your family as patients and what could have worked better. The PFPCQS will reflect the diverse patient populations we serve – diversity in terms of income level, racial and ethnic makeup, health status and religion to name a few. The council will be composed of patients, family members or friends of patients, and community leaders, as well as healthcare professionals from SVH. We encourage you to consider submitting an application to join us in a partnership for quality and safety.
