Spectrum Generations' Family Caregiver Education and Support Group will meet Friday, June 6th from 1:00 – 2:00 PM in the Sebasticook Valley Hospital Cianchette Conference Room at 447 North Main Street in Pittsfield. Anyone who is a relative, friend, neighbor, or is caring for someone else is welcome to attend. Also welcome are those who have placed a loved one in a care setting.
The group provides a forum for sharing the issues of caregiving, listening and learning from others' experiences, learning to take care of oneself, and having the support of others who are caregivers. For additional information, please call 1-800-282-0764 at extension 106. |
