Spectrum Generations’ Family Caregiver Education and Support Group will meet Friday, August 1st from 1:00 – 2:00 PM in the Sebasticook Valley Hospital Cianchette Conference Room at 447 North Main Street in Pittsfield. Anyone who is a relative, friend, neighbor, or is caring for someone else is welcome to attend. Also welcome are those who have placed a loved one in a care setting. The group provides a forum for sharing the issues of caregiving, listening and learning from others’ experiences, learning to take care of oneself and having the support of others who are caregivers.
