Spectrum Generations’ Family Caregiver Education and Support Group will meet on November 6th from 1-2 pm at Sebasticook Valley Hospital Cianchette Conference Room at 447 North Main Street in Pittsfield. This group provides a confidential setting for those family members, friends and neighbors who are or have been caring for someone. This is an opportunity to share experiences and concerns and learn about how important it is to take care of one’s self.
