Kay Spofford, RDLD, CDE, Registered and Licensed Dietitian at Sebasticook Valley Hospital will be the featured speaker at the March 13th, Sebasticook Valley Hospital Diabetes Support Group meeting at 4:00 pm to be held at the Cianbro Conference Room at 1 Hunnewell Square in Pittsfield. Kay's topic will be "Let's Make a Meal". Kay Spofford is a sought after speaker known for her lively and interactive sessions and was chosen as the hospital's 2007 Caregiver of the Year Award. The public is welcome to attend.
