SVH Offers Quit and Win Tobacco Cessation Program Sebasticook Valley Hospital's Healthy Living Program is once again offering Quit and Win to area residents. Quit and Win is a free stop tobacco use program open to all residents of Sebasticook Valley region.

The program runs throughout the year with quarterly and annual celebrations for all participants as well as cash incentives for those that remain tobacco free. For more information about this program, please call 487-3890 ext.110 or 114 (TTY: 487-4590).
